Aims

EWIS Training - Electric Wiring Interconnect System Training offered as one day training which covers a detailed understanding of  the specific requirements, but note that it is required to develop this training further within your organisation particular to reflect your aircraft types and wiring practices. Detailed Content

The key topics of the course are:
- The history and background that brought about the regulatory changes
- What the regulatory changes are
- An overview of the new Subpart H to EASA CS 25
- An overview of the FAA equivalent regulations
- An overview of the Enhanced Zonal Analysis Procedure (EZAP)
- An overview of EASA AMC 20 leaflets: 21, 22 & 23
- Practical interpretations and/or typical examples
- An awareness of the continuing airworthiness management needs of EWIS

Target Groups

People that are involved in Aircraft carrying more than 30 Pax or 7500 lb of Freight and work for:
- Large Aircraft AOC Holders
- EASA Part M Subpart G Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations
- EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organisations


Pre-requisites

A background in an aviation environment.
