Sofema Aviation Services are very pleased to announce the launch of our  Emirates regulatory training program. The initial series of trainings is being offered in Dubai.

All Trainings are being held in the facilities of Jet Aviation in Dubai, and will be delivered by an Aviation Professional with over 40 Years experience in Commercial Aviation Maintenance and Operations environment.

Regulatory training is very specific and it is important to deliver the trainings in a practical way which will benefit both the organisations needs and understanding.

The Trainings cover 2 weeks starting on Sunday April 8th  The program launches with a highly intensive 2 Day Quality Auditing Training, followed by 2 active Safety Management Workshop / Trainings covering SMS Implementation and Risk Assessment.

The second weeks starts with a 1 Day Electrical Wiring Interconnect System training followed by a combined 2 Day Fuel Tank Safety / EWIS Train the trainer course. And finishes with a 2 Day Human Factor Train the Trainer Course.

AVISA, a global aviation and airworthiness safety specialist, has signed a landmark contract with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) of Australia to deliver a package of training materials. The five month project will see AVISA playing an important role in assisting CASA with the implementation of new Parts 42, 66, 145 and 147 in Australia.
CASA has brought in AVISA to develop training materials and deliver training courses to assist CASA’s Assessment Team understand the new regulations and apply them. This project will engage a wide range of CASA’s airworthiness and certification staff engaged in different areas of oversight with a range of expertise. AVISA will be working at CASA’s offices in Canberra and Brisbane.
CASA was established as an independent statutory authority and its primary function is to conduct
the safety regulation of civil air operations in Australia and the operation of Australian aircraft
overseas. It is also required to provide comprehensive aviation safety education and training
programmes.
“AVISA has significant knowledge with the European regulatory system and they are well placed to
assist CASA,” explained John McCormick, Director of Aviation Safety of CASA. “AVISA is a leading
training provider and we believe they have the expertise and skills to assist CASA through this
transition.”

the first time we have worked on a project of this nature in Australia and we are looking forward to

Avisa-ee provide the first Maintenance Program training course in Bulgaria

Avisa-ee were pleased to welcome guests from Estonia and Slovenia as well as a representative from the Bulgarian regulator to attend the first Maintenance Program training to be delivered in Sofia Bulgaria.

The training included an insight and shared perspective into many of the challenges which affect the Maintenance Planing, Reliability and Programing environment.

All delegates attending the course advised they would certainly recommend it to industry friends and colleagues.

With more the 20 modules this is an extremely comprehensive training delivered over 5 days, the course is scheduled to run again from Monday 18th of October to Friday 22nd

Avisa has won two separate contracts to Support Etihad Airways
